I haven't really set a weigh in day, just been kind of winging it. Sometimes I weigh daily but really try to only weigh every few days. It's tough making it an entire week without stepping on the
. When I weighed in this morning I was down another two pounds!!! It was great to see a number lower than 225! I weighed in at 223.0, just two pounds but I will take it gladly! This weigh in has given even more motivation to keep working hard, and I really needed it.
