If you have read this (or not) what do you think.

I have not yet read it yet. I just saw a blurb online. Apparently it says low carb is the best for losing weight. I am assuming they mean baked goods.

    I know low carb (starchy,sugary carbs) works best for me. Bread and pasta are no-no's for me :(

    Lower carb has worked for me. I recently tried the 17-Day Diet and had good results at the start. I lost six pounds in the first seven days. Then I leveled off for the remainder of the 17 days. I am now doing a hybrid of the 17-Day Diet by going for a week on and then a week of maintenance eating and then another week of dieting. This week I have lost five more pounds.

Try it and see what you think...
