One of the things I do when I'm in "organized mode" is to start the day with Sun Salutations . If you don't know what a Sun Salutation is, here is a great YouTube video that describes it.
I do the exact sequence that the women descibes. Trust me, she looks much better doing it than I do. I've found the best time to do it is after my morning shower when my muscles have been warmed up by the water and before I've put on any clothes that are restricting or binding. I do the first set slowly to work out the kicks in my muscles and joints. I each do subsequent set a little faster. It's amazing how good it feels. I'm 60 now. I hope to be enjoying this when I'm 80 and beyond. It's wonderful how it aids in strength and flexibility.
A little bit each day helps. This takes me less than 5 minutes to do in the privacy of my bedroom!
