I am having a deliciously slow morning. Everyone is in pajamas, cartoons are on the tv and I am enjoying my coffee. Love Saturday morning.
I am feeling decidedly less blah today than yesterday. I went to bed early last night (9 pm) and "slept in" until 6:30 (normal 5:15). My fit bit says I slept for 8 hours and 45 minutes.
There have been several blog posts about how February is all about loving yourself. What a wonderful idea. I challenge myself this February to do something loving toward myself every day.
Today I am going to the Y to run 3 miles (and time myself for the first time!) My loving act will be to take 15 minutes and go to the hot tub after the track. I always want to but never feel like I should take the time.
