This week was partially successful. I met my goal of 240 exercise minutes this week. What I didn't do was stick very closely to my food program. I will do better in the next week. I made changes that I want to be lifelong so what challenges I face now will help me to deal with challenges as they come up in my non weight loss life as well. Nobody's perfect including me so I will just keep working on it until I get it right.
