This week I have been doing a lot of thinking about food and my relationship to it...and habits surrounding it. Change your head...change your head.

Today I will be going out. I have known this so have been banking calories to accommodate it. I won't "go nuts" out, but I will eat what I want to eat....BUT not beyond fullness and not without really thinking about what I really want at that moment.
