Last evening, all I could think about was eating. And anything sounded good. I ate my planned snack and cut it off there. I'm so very glad I did!! I stepped on the scale this morning. Down 1.2 pounds this week. Even better than that, I'm down a total of 22 pounds in just under 3 months. I'm delighted with my progress!! And soooooo happy that I didn't give in to the desire to snack last night!
