WOW the story on the site today so sounds like me in some of those examples. The motivational mind games. Never thought that some of what I am doing is setting myself up to fail.
Need to take smaller baby steps and be pleased with any fail or success.
So even though I have gained 4 lbs this week I am not going to let that bring me down anymore. I know where I am slipping and need to just back up a step or two.
