First day fasting went well I did 36 hours for this one... I think Monday I will only do 16-24 as I did notice a serious difficulty doing my cardio.

Yesterday's goals:
30 mins cardio-40 emoticon
8 cups water-19 emoticon
1st day of fast be strong- emoticon
Upper body ST-lat pull down and tricep press - emoticon

Today's goals:
60 mins cardio
8 cups water
Feed day
Crunches, lunges, squats
