So I am feeling pretty successful after a nearly totally AF January. I do not want to say I have my drinking under control, but I did well in January and hope to keep it up in Feb.
1. Continue to avoid alcohol at home, allow myself one or two drinks during social gatherings.
2. Continue reading each day for enjoyment.
3. Reconnect with old friends, Lauren and Shelley, Nancy
4. Attend yoga class on once a week.
5. Do something active everyday
6. Keep up with household chores
7. Maintain healthy eating, watching portions, so I can continue to make progress toward my goal weight.
8. Begin saving $ for a summer family vacation
