Wow....another 100 days just about done. One would think that in 900 days, one would reach goal weight. Nope. It's the carrot on the stick so far for me. But, I never give up for the most part. 2013 will need to be the year of the 140s for me (hope springs eternal)
BUT, lots good has been going on over 900 days:
-the 100 day chapters help to keep me accountable for my behavior, good or less good
-it's helped me to hover in the 150s in weight rather than balloon up over time
-I eat healthy almost all of the time (yep, you got it, snacking is my downfall)
-for the most part, I have kept up with my walking
-I am no longer dependent on the scale to measure effectiveness
-I don't self-hate when I am Off Plan, rather, I am simply Off Plan. This is huge progress for me.
-I am aware of health and fitness as a lifestyle
-created lots of good habits (a works in progress, obviously)
-learned a lot about what works, and what doesn't
-have come to understand motivation, its fickleness, and that most of the time, one must just "do."
-I have connected with YOU!
Thank you for all of your support and friendship to me over my journey. You help get me through the worse of times with my Plan, and well, life. Your encouragement means so much to me and I appreciate your taking the time out of your day to post and share your journey and your life with me and your caring about my journey.
Grateful I got through another "first day" yesterday to launch another health and fitness streak
So happy the 8 inches of snow that is still falling hard, is the light and fluffy kind

Babysit grandson and take him to his soccer game if the kids activities are not cancelled
Client work (lots)
