A Pep Talk

Do you give yourself a daily pep talk? You should! The power of positive thinking is huge! Whether you know it or not, many of us have multiple episodes of negative self talk every day.
To change that, start paying attention to that little voice in your head. Is it telling you something positive or negative? If the answer is negative, immediately counter it with a positive affirmation.
Sparkpeople has a whole library full of motivation/inspiration. Cell phones have apps that can send you a daily quote to inspire.
Studies show that people who have a positive attitude live longer, happier lives. I choose to think positive thoughts and avoid negative people. I choose to live my life to the fullest.
