Holy geez, I haven't been that sick in YEARS. I was down for almost a week!
Bad news: doctor advised I just rest on the couch and focus on, y'know, breathing. So no workouts this past week.
Good news: I'm healthy, restless, and STARVING after 5 days of practically nothing but fruit juice, tea, and crackers.
Back to work!
