So I thought I would list my progress, I wanted to lose 2 kgs a month to get to my goal by the end of the year.
I decided to do it slowly to do it right.
I re-researched the plan I was using and re-adjusted the percentages and increased my exercise to go with my new range of intake.
So I started January 1st 2013 at 81.3 kgs and finished on January 31st at 78.8, a grand total of 2.5kgs lost Yay.
I hadn't really taken any notice of the amount till now as I was 'in the zone' just taking each day and doing my best. But wow I'm so pleased with this.
I started February 1st at 78.6 kgs so I'm still going down too.
Hope February is a great month for us all.
