No Sleep

I have been sick all week. I met with my personal trainer on Monday to learn the proper exercises and repetitions to do. I was not able to get to the gym until last night. She told me to use the exercise bike instead of the treadmill which was shocking to me because i have knee problems. Needless to say she must know what she is doing. Though i had struggles with dizziness and learning to keep my heart rate in the right zone, it was a better calorie burn. 30 minutes on the treadmill i was only walking .70 of a mile and burning 100-110 calories. On the bike i rode 4.5 miles and burnt 145 calories. That doesn't seem like a lot but i will take any advantage that i can. I'm waiting on this virus to pass so that i can breathe easier and get some sleep. Here's to a successful week !!!

    Hope you feel better soon. I like the treadmill better but when the weather is nice I do ride my bike. I think the bike is a bit easier on the knees because it's less jarring.
