I have been experimenting all week with a diabetic diet (as I am borderline) so have spaced all my meals out and snacks in one day and kept to a reasonable calorie intake. I also have not taken any water tablets or wore my stockings so that any weight loss should be fat. The coming week will take water tablets and see what a difference that will make and wear my stockings.
But dear Sparkfriends I am very pleased to report a weight loss of 6 pounds. Yippee.
I am grinning from ear to ear. May it continue on a downward spiral, although I dont see why it wont, as I have to be careful now. I certainly do not want to become insulin dependent.
I do hope all my Spark friends have had a successful week too. If not, then there is next week. I know what its like to not lose anything, but keep your chins up!
How interesting...just been looking at old blogs and my very first blog was February 9 2010 and I lost 6 pounds in that week. Nothing has changed much it would seem, but oh it has, as now I have my health to consider not just my figure!
