*learn to love myself and my body
*learn to not be so hard on myself (it hurts me and those who love me)
*learn to apologize only for things that are in my control (it almost feels like i apologize for my existence)
*set small goals and work to meet them, no matter what
*learn to stop bullying myself internally
*wear skinny jeans and mean it
*sit on my boyfriend's lap (this one makes me sad)
*therapy (i feel this might help in figuring out why i tend to sabotage myself)
