So, a while ago, i stopped tracking what i was eating and somehow i was still losing weight! i guess after the first few weeks of buying healthier food, it sort of got engraved into my mind that i need to buy better food. so, better food means that i'm losing weight with out really trying. I feel that if i were to pay more attention to what i need to be doing and excercising more, i'd have definitely lost the weight i had set a mini goal for (8 pounds) already. as it is, since i set that goal, i've lost 6 pounds! pretty happy right now with how much i've lost so far since the week before christmas! oh, and the week of christmas, i lost 1lb, too, which surprised me. and i didn't even try.
what i really need to do now is get my sleeping schedule back on track and find a job! that's my next goal!
