Well its been almost 2 weeks since I last checked in. Yep I am still at it. I have had several bouts of "ah not tonight" but for the most part it did something. I am not doing something everyday, yet. I wnat to have a healthy lifestyle, and nned to be consistant. so 4-5 days a week I Git it Done!. Tonight I was on the treadmill for 105 min. while i watched episode 4 of the BL. I got a great sweat, so I feel good.
I am still on my low carb diet ist been 25 days and nearly 18 or so lbs. I am having a hard time eating over 1500 cal and around 30 or so net carbs. I am usually less cal around 1200. BUT i am eastinfg tons and I am not hungry or have to many cravings i can not handle. I have 3 more days to 4 complete weeks Then we see how the month did. Right not I am still highly motivated. A lnew Snap fitness opens her in Leduc in 2 weeks I signed up to be a Charter member, Its only 3 blocks from work. I hope to be there 2 days a w3eek or more until May1. Losing keeps me motivated and I am weighing every to evaulte if I am on target or not. Its working so far. TTFN
