Day 12 & 13

I missed a day yesterday and today, gave myself a kick for it. I have committed that staying active on this website is going to keep me active in my life. Active in my eating properly and active physically.

I made the mistake of stepping on the scale mid-week again ...last week that worked in my favor but this week, the needle hadn't moved. I don't get it. I'm working hard at staying in those zones. *sigh* 2 more days before I'll know for sure. Everyone keep your fingers crossed for me please!

    I am giving myself permission to miss 2 days each week as things come up. The 2 days I missed this week, I did have every intention of working out, but something came up each day. So don't beat yourself up over missing a day. keep your water up and stay good these next two days, I'm sure will you see a loss.
