Third time restarting with spark people , I will dive head first this time and give it my all. It's scary! I join spark coach! First thing I had to do was see the old me after I met my goals. That was scary at first, I got a little choked up. Then confidence came over me and I thought u work hard and u did it. What were u ever scared for. I am not feeling that this second but I feel hopeful. Meeting goals day after day .......

    Glad ur back. Don't quit.
I'm reading Richard Bernstein M.D.'s "The Diabetes Diet" and learning so much. I have Insulin Resistance like most fat people and I don't want Type 2 Diabetes. (25 million Americans have it.). I've learned so much from his book. He has lectures on YouTube that are very interesting.
He is a Type 1 diabetic since age 12 and he is 78 now and in great health. I recommend his book to anyone.

I had read "The Sugar Fix" by Richard Johnson M.D. and better understood my night cravings.
