Think I might have gone over my food goals. Did something to one of my toes on my left foot. But I still worked out, it was only for 10 minutes but it was still something. Going to try and take it as easy as I can tomorrow when I work out. Might just go for a walk instead, depending on the weather. My back is better but now I just have my toe problem.
I know that along my journey, I will have some sort of a setback or a problem to overcome.
