Did Chair Workout today.

I did not expect the chair workout to be challenging but it was. I did an upper body one by coach Nicole. I want to continue doing seated workouts until my knee heals. I feel so much better for being able to still do something healthy for myself even though I hurt my knee. Thanks to
JASI27 and LABRATIAM for your suggestions and pointing me towards the seated workouts!

I love 'em!

I don't workout as much as I should because the little computer room is on one story of the house and the 16 yr old is in thee basement just below. I was so happy when I found these because now I can do some workouts inside without shaking the whole house!

    Because of a permanent disability, I always do chair workouts. I have some Dance Tapes I use too, and those literally get me out of breath, but I love them, since it is the only way I can "dance", and when I could stand, I loved dancing!!!!

    I have done those when my knee injury flared - they can be challenging!
