Did Chair Workout today.

I did not expect the chair workout to be challenging but it was. I did an upper body one by coach Nicole. I want to continue doing seated workouts until my knee heals. I feel so much better for being able to still do something healthy for myself even though I hurt my knee. Thanks to
JASI27 and LABRATIAM for your suggestions and pointing me towards the seated workouts!
