I go 90 minutes in today!! This is the week I usually get 6 days at gym but I had an appt so missed 1 day but 5 days is good!! I've found something I can last longer than 30 minutes!! I love the Arc trainer!! It's almost like u walking up stairs!! I put it on highest incline and resistance!! I've decided to try n blog everyday if possible to try n keep a better record and see a pattern!! I haven't lost anything in January and always got at least 5 days at the gym!! Overall healthy eating but not totally clean!! One thing good is I didn't gain so I guess I'm practicing at maintaining! Lol maybe in the back of my mind I'm not hurrying to reach goal weight cause I'm scared of gaining back? I'm hoping feb will be better!! Take care sparkers !
