Time to 'renew my vows' and review my progress and how my SP program is going.
I changed my Spark Coach program to the Plateau Buster program. I was finished the regular program and the scale doesn't seem to be moving right now. Part of that is me and I know it ~ so it doesn't hurt to find out what this program has to offer.
I went swimming today and have decided to incorporate other things into my exercising. I downloaded some yoga videos that are only 10 minutes in length. I will go swimming on M-W-F and the other days I will do some yoga and, also, some weights.
I went shopping today and bought more freggies than usual. I have come to realize that I have to add more to my diet or this isn't going to work in the long run. Until now, I have been eating, basically, what I want and just counting calories. If this is going to be long term, I have to add more fiber to my diet in order to be full.
I, also, went to see my councillor today ~ and he told me that he doesn't think I need to see him, on a regular basis, any longer. That IF I need him, to just phone him ~ but I am doing really well and he sees no reason why we need to meet regularly any more. I feel really good about this, and concur, but Rich and I really have a 'bond' so its going to be difficult to 'let go'. But ~ it is time to move on.
There are other 'tweaks' that I am going to have to make to my daily life but I am 're-motivated' and 're-committed. I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.
