. . . on a couple of levels.
My psyche feels good (can pysche feel good?) because I *finally* started my training regimen in preparation for the Vancouver Sun Run, a 10k event I'm joining in April. I did it on the Dreadmill, not outdoors--DW thinks I shouldn't do long walks outdoors alone as there are reports of cougars-make that mountain lions-in the neighbourhood.
My body feels good because I exercised.
My confidence feels good (can confidence feel good?) because I did the SparkPeople Fitness Tests for the first time in months. Happily, only on the 3-minute step test have I lost ground. In fact, in sit-ups I did more than I was recording lo! all those months ago when I last tracked.
I feel *really* good about myself and my body feels *really* good because I stretched the blazes out after my Dreadmill time.
So, here's to February's being my Month To Get Back On Stride!
