Back in the swing of things...

I've been sick for the last week and I haven't been drinking all my required water. I continue to do my exercises even though I was sick. I was afraid if I didn't force myself to exercise while I was sick and waited till I felt better. I might get off track. So I decided I was going to exercise no matter what.

As you can guess my family gave me a lot of feed back about my decision. All I could say is they had a valid point but I also know myself. This was a good thing for me. I didn't work out as hard as I normally do but I worked out and that's what matters.

Now that I'm better I have to work back up to my pre-sick pace. One other thing during that week a dropped a whole pound. Which means I meant my 5 lb goal for the month of January.
