Fearless February

January was a great month to jumpstart sucess.
I jogged 23miles this month.
I got myself up to doing 2.5miles in 32minutes emoticon
I went to a 1hour yoga class every Thursday emoticon
I went to a 1hour crossfit bootcamp 3 of the 4 Saturdays emoticon
I logged 1310 fitness minutes this month.

That's an overall body tightening of 1.75 inches. TAKE THAT FAT!
I watched oodles of movies and new tv and two awards shows! Be warned a Woody Allen blog may be fast approaching.
I only read 1 book, too much movie, tv, computer time. It was a wonderful book. Be warned a Jasper Fforde blog may be fast approaching.
I did not take in the ballet because my dtr had a school event that conflicted. I really didn't do too much out of the house this month. It did have a straight up girls night in which we actually left town for dinner.
I didn't really get into the clean eating because I barely had to grocery shop this month. Weird.
I did try to make healthier choices when purchasing filler items. I downloaded the fooducate app so I can scan stuff on my next grocery venture. Should be happening this week.
It was a good month and I'm looking forward to February. I'm going to try to be fearless this month. I'm going to really get into a routine and really try to change my eating habits instead of just talking about trying to change them.
February will be the month of Jillian Michaels 30day Shred, continuing yoga, continuing bootcamp, pushing myself to reach a nine minute mile (I don't think it's necessary to go for distance while I do the shred, but I don't want to get completely out of jogging), getting back to meal planning, not eating out for lunch, not using eating dinner out as an excuse to have french fries (I swear they aren't even as good as they used to be), cutting back on sodas to 1 a week, actually getting 64oz of water and 5 freggies, and still finding time for reading a book, watching a movie/tv/using computer, or doing something outside of our usual ruralness.
