My Arms Feel Wobbly!

I got a lazy and unhealthy start to the day, but I've managed to pull myself back together.

My breakfast consisted of...
Fudge Rounds. Three of them.
Not a breakfast of champions.
Sigh... no superhero costume for me today... not even knightly armor...
Darn... it's going to be awhile before I get my own themesong.

But Lunch was better, I had some v8 juice to get in some liquid veggies, and I had rice and veggies to eat.
Dinner was lots of veggies with chicken and just a little bit of leftover rice. And a clementine.
I actually managed to get into all my ranges except calcium and iron! And I didn't go over any today, either, despite the bad start!

And I got in a 4.5 mile walk late this afternoon (I waited until the laundry was done so I could have a pair of exercise/sweatpants to go out into the cold with. Jeans +sweat + cold = not fun and a short walk)

And I just finished the 30 minute Tone and Burn 28 Day Bootcamp video. It's actually day 9, but I haven't really been doing those recently, but I just picked back up where I left off.

Wow, that video has lots of lateral raises and arm exercises! And I only have 5 lb weights... so I haven't been able to start with little weights and go up... just straight to the 5 lb weight! ow the burn!

My arms feel like jello! You know, the kind they had a while back that they advertised would jiggle all on it's own... that's what my arm muscles currently feel like.

Tomorrow is a jogging interval/ Couch to 5k training day, so I'm hoping the sun will come out to play and warm things up a little! This morning I could feel a little bit of leftover soreness from Wednesday's jogging, so I am taking that as a good sign that I am pushing my body and challenging it.

My goal for today was to burn 500 calories... I ended up burning 645 according to the tracker!
WooHoo!
I'm currently on my last glass of water...
I've only had one snack after dinner...

Things are looking up!

    Them song, you are crackin' me up!! Love it..I am going to think today and assign myself a theme song..Let me know if you find one that flips your noodle. way to go on the burning those calories!

    ahaha... themesong. I laughed. Good on ya for the wobbly arms. I really like that feeling, strangely. It makes me giggle. Good job on staying active!!!

    If you have a Five Below near you they have weights for $1 a pound up to 5 pounds. =)

    Maybe you should swap the 5 lb weights for some cans or water bottles. They work well for arm exercises.

The bottles can be set to several different weights by simply adding water...and you'd be recycling at the same time!
