That is to say, I'm really tired from this week of work. I had a 9a.m. meeting, so I had to go to my training session in the evening. I totally didn't want to go (plus, it's like 12 degrees outside), but I made myself go to the gym.
It was a hard work out to get through, but my trainer is compassionate and had me do fewer reps. Still, I lifted a ton of weights, did band work, and core work. I also did my cardio afterward. He also suggested that I do interval work outs in five minutes total, so I did 20 seconds where I kicked my butt, hard, and 10 seconds where I slowed down. I was sweating like a pig, and I saved the minutes for the end of gym visit. I will try that crazy interval again tomorrow because I'm due some more core work and planks and whatever other torture I can think of. LOL.
Anyway, my house is a mess, so I will be cleaning tomorrow. All this movement is really good for me and the family. Mostly me.
