C25K, Confidence and Amazement

I can't believe what I just did....I finished Week 5 of the C25K program! It was an 8-minute jog, 2-minute walk, and then a 10-minute jog. All day I kept thinking, "I don't know if I can do it...what if I fail? I'll have to repeat a week..." All that STINKIN' THINKIN', but when it came down to it, I DID IT...and it wasn't really a struggle.

I did it....I'm feeling more confident about finishing this program!

I'm amazed....I really am. emoticon

    Awesome! Isn't it funny how much running is a mental game? It doesn't seem that way, but getting that little negative voice to stuff it is about 90% of the battle. Way to go on your great progress!

    Way to go Penny! Keep doing it girlfriend! Before you know it you will running for 30 minutes with no walking! Keep pushing!
