I can't believe what I just did....I finished Week 5 of the C25K program! It was an 8-minute jog, 2-minute walk, and then a 10-minute jog. All day I kept thinking, "I don't know if I can do it...what if I fail? I'll have to repeat a week..." All that STINKIN' THINKIN', but when it came down to it, I DID IT...and it wasn't really a struggle.
I did it....I'm feeling more confident about finishing this program!
I'm amazed....I really am.
