So Day 8 and going strong. I saw the nurse today and i am down 10.5lbs. I still need to work on not under eating. So i am going to up the veggie and protein intake. Im finding my way with not just being restricted to food at home. Like at Chickfila i can have a 6 piece kids meal with a fruit cup and at Jack In The Box i can have the Grilled Chicken Salad. Just hold the carrots and cheese.
