So I've just finished with Day 1 of the the 30-Day Challenge! I started the day with a 1-minute Wall Sit. Later I did the week 1 of the Jillian Michaels: Ripped in 30 DVD...and boy was I dripping with sweat. I love the feeling of accomplishment, and that feeling will only get better if I keep going for the remainder of the 29 days.
Now for some light yoga stretches.
