Like I mentioned in my last post, I had a rough weekend last week and it put me down a little. Well that little downer turned out to be a little bigger than I thought. It took me basically all week to get re-energized and ready to go. :(
Something made me jump back into everything and I'm not sure what it was. I kept up with all my workouts and such for the January challenge but just didn't feel as excited and motivated as I have all month...until today. I did twice as much cardio as usual and a few extra work outs on top of the daily one for the challenge. I don't feel as guilty going in to this weekend so I'm really looking forward and hoping that I can keep it up and get to monday.
Now the next question is what kind of routine do I want to set up for myself for the month of February...
Any suggestions on regimens that could help me stay motivated? What has helped you guys stay focused?
