Ok, so setting goals this morning didn't actually translate into achieving any of them

Found out this morning after calling the nurse that my Implanon implant was scheduled to be swapped out LAST Oct. OOOPS. So, that's why I'm having such a bad menstrual time...uuugh. My insurance from my job ran out yesterday, so can't really do anything about it right now either.

The first part of the day I fought off the cravings pretty well, ate a healthy breakfast, a pretty good lunch of leftovers....but the fight started to wear on my by the late afternoon and thoughts of chocolate emoticon and chinese (not together of course) won out by dinner time. Convinced hubby to take me and the kids to Hy-Vee for dinner (love their chinese with most the foods I like). Afterwards cruised to the icecream section, but talked myself out of it and opted for a York Peppermint Patty for dessert instead. Deffinitely a more portion controlled option. Of course ate way to much, am way over on my calories for the day, but as I type this the cravings have completely gone and I know I'll be ok tomorrow. I'll just count this as my splurge

Just refilled my water bottle in an attempt to get closer to my 80 oz goal today, but doubt I'll actually meet it unless I want to sleep in the bathroom tonight...hehehe

Tomorrow will be better! I am determined.

    :) Good work! And you know what I find to sometimes be a deterrent to eating out??? Having to find the stinkin' equivalents of the crap I put in my mouth in the food tracker! AAAUUUGH! :) It's helping to prevent me from going too far off, cause I just don't want the hassle! Have a good weekend, keep up the good work.
