Wonderful new...I start working out with my new personal trainer, Brittany, on the 18th!
I got my new microphone. I'm very excited to start podcasting. I think I'll record a few shows before I release them. I'll start with the 3 pillars of weight loss: motivation, eating & exercise. I hope to have some guest interviews. maybe Brittany would like to talk about exercise, for example.
Tomorrow, I plan on getting to the gym.
