It's February and time to really kick into gear!!!

I went back to the two-a-days today. I started the Jacks Challenge this morning with 75 jumping jacks and I also doing an abs challenge this morning. This is in addition to my regualr workouts. I know it's only the first day but so far so good. I wen to the doctor this morning and was told that if drop 10 more lbs I may able to come off the BP meds!!! Here is a summary of today's workout:
I completed and tracked 3 cardio exercises and 8 strength exercises at http://www.sparkpeople.com/ - 30 minutes Walking: 4 mph (15 minutes per mile), 240 calories burned, 2 minutes Jumping Jacks - vigorous, 28 calories burned, 20 minutes Elliptical Machine, 334 calories burned; Crunches with Ball, Abdominal Crunch Machine, Chest Press with Band, Back Extension, Stretching / Flexibility Training (general), Traditional Lat Pulldown Machine, Pushups, Leg Raises on Captains Chair
