Other than my son getting up at 6am today was a good day. Got to spend some time outside even tho an hour of our time outside was avoiding a nap that almost happened at 4pm. My theory is if it's after 3 and my kid doesn't fall asleep he's up for the rest of the evening. We walked for about 15 minutes today. I would have liked to walk a little bit longer but my son was cranky and not listening. I think I am going to go for a nice long walk by myself tomorrow morning. I am hoping that Elijah sleeps in til around 8 so I can get up at 5:30 and walk outside before I talk myself out of it. Monday is Elijah's 4th birthday and mom had a few ideas for about a month now and up until this afternoon I had no idea what they were so I sent her a text message about going to the zoo tomorrow. I'm about 55 minutes short of my 180 minute goal for the week and the zoo would be walking around for a few hours and walking around for a few hours leads up to more calories burned. Plus it's going to be 69 and sunny. But mom doesn't want to go to the zoo until my sister gets here in April. BUMMER! I love the zoo. If I had a car not only would I be working but I would also have a zoo pass and I would be taking Elijah often since it's like I mentioned hours of walking and tons of calories burned. I have 254 calories of my 800 calories left to burn. I did my fab ab exercises as well as my kick ass exercises. The calendars are from last year but that's ok. On the 28th I'll do the 28th and the 29th exercises the same day. I'll keep up with the calendars and add a few days. It could work. Hope everybody sleeps well.
