Well, today, I started my February workout, which Les Mills' Combat and ChaLean Extreme. I did Les Mills' Combat 30 Kick Start along with ChaLean Extreme Burn Circuit 1: A 60-minute workout! I made one mistake though! I forgot my pre-workout meal! Oops! I almost got quesy. However, I made it through both workouts. But, I will make sure I will never do that again, because I want to continue to make the most of my workouts!
I just love kickboxing because it makes me feel empowered. Also, those accents on the instructors are so cool! Love the accents! Very sexy! They really motivated me! I'm looking forward to continuing with them throughout this month as well as March!
With ChaLean Extreme, I pushed myself on some of the exercises, but I think I went too light on other exercises. Next time, I do Burn Circuit 1, I will increase the weight on the exercises I went too light on! Also, I did drink my Beachbody Post-workout Drink, which is specifically made for a post-workout!
Now, the queasiness is going away! I getting ready to eat a healthy dinner and feel great! Everyone have a wonderful night and don't forget how far you have come before giving up!
