Winning is fun! So achieving my goals during this process is part of what's going to make this fun. I love rising to a challenge and meeting the challenge. I also love trying new things. I am eating radically differently than I have in the past. And it's working.
How can I work out differently or see working out from a different perspective? I want to take pride in my body and my work outs. And sometimes they just feel like I"m going through the paces. I'd like to put yoga back into my work outs. I love yoga. I'm going to research yoga studios in the area and try out a yoga class next week. I am also going to start spin classes to train for this summer's bike ride. What might make working out more fun for you? How an you find joy in this new approach to life?
