So I met with Natalie for our trial session today. I think it went well and I did stuff I never tried before, like sit-ups on the exercise ball!
I was the only one in the gym for this session,so I was a little more comfortable than if it had been a big group! I am scheduled to o back for another session next week. I think I am gonna sign up for the six week program with body fat analysis and fitness assessment. It can only help
