Personal Trainer! Visit one

So I met with Natalie for our trial session today. I think it went well and I did stuff I never tried before, like sit-ups on the exercise ball! emoticon I was the only one in the gym for this session,so I was a little more comfortable than if it had been a big group! I am scheduled to o back for another session next week. I think I am gonna sign up for the six week program with body fat analysis and fitness assessment. It can only help emoticon

    It is great to get direct face to face reinforcement for our good choices! We're wired that way ;) We'll see how my journey goes but I've been considering something like personal trainer as eventual career choice. It would be a natural progression from educational assistant, LOL

I am just joining a gym and plan on going Monday after work. Maybe I should look into a personal trainer as well.

    emoticon for putting yourself first!! Personal training can be so much fun and can really jump start success!! Trying new things is always a good thing!
