This blog entry is a public pat on the back for my performance in January.
I lost 7 pounds which is nothing to sneeze at.
I started doing yoga.
I cleaned out my home office to make room for a workout place.
Here's to an even better February. I started the month off with a doctor visit to get back on some meds that I was supposed to be on and quit taking at some point. So tomorrow I'll start back up on those and see how I do. They can only improve things, plus they are great motivators to stay well hydrated. I also had a healthy shopping trip (even though I spent a bit over my budget) and am starting a two week stretch of South Beach phase 1 type eating. I also had a 30 minute yoga session with GrumpyJr and her mom, so that was great.
