Ok, I have went from 247 to 205, then back up to 210. My problem... Snacking! I'm a snacker and I have to stop! Sometimes I feel like I have no willpower. I have been eating healthy, going to the gym 5+ times a week.. Then at night I snack! Any tips on how I can wean myself from snacking?
