Came so far... Then bam!

Ok, I have went from 247 to 205, then back up to 210. My problem... Snacking! I'm a snacker and I have to stop! Sometimes I feel like I have no willpower. I have been eating healthy, going to the gym 5+ times a week.. Then at night I snack! Any tips on how I can wean myself from snacking?

    I have the same problem. I currently am trying to save 200 cals for night snacks- not too late though. I eat my snack, drink some water, then brush my teeth. I don't like to eat after I brush my teeth, so it has been working to curb the continuous snacking I was doing. Good Luck.

    Ok, look, you have made a classic mistake of looking back at the wrong thing.

Yes you have found 5 of the pounds you thought you lost. But the other 37 pounds are still MIA. You are so correct that you have "come so far." Build on the 37 that are still gone. Don;t let the five pounds get to you.

What have done so far is awesome! You got this.

    I try to find snacks that make me feel really full, like Cliff Bars. They have these new cliff bar crunch that's more snack like that the original cliff bars. I also buy them in bulk at Sam's Club. And I drink LOTS AND LOTS of water.

    I have the same problem. I try to have a salad or something that is crunchy and takes some time to eat. 100 calorie bags of popcorn are good too.
