Biggest Loser Weight Loss Challenge Day1

Today is the beginning of the Biggest Loser Challenge. I am feeling pretty confident. I feel that I am motivated enough to keep myself going. I feel this will get me back on track with my morning workouts when they are possible and push to the fullest. I am determined. I have to keep reminding myself that the pain will eventually go away and the results will all be worth it.. I have done it before this time I am going to do it and keep all the weight off!!! emoticon emoticon

    When I started adding circuit training into my workouts I was sore all of the time. Eventually your muscles get us to it. ha ha! Good Luck with this week and Friday's weigh in. I am hoping for a 1.5 pound loss this week.
