I have been concerned that I may be having a problem with my blood sugar. I recently had some lab done that confirmed that. My A1C indicates that I am prediabetic. I really do not want to go on meds so that makes me that much more determined to lose at least twenty pounds and continue to be consistant with my exercise. I am tracking food and exercise and since December 23, 2012 (when I got my fitbit and got serious) my numbers are improving and I have lost a little weight. I am moving onward toward my goal of getting healthy.
I am so happy for you! I saw your blog on the side of the Losing 10-24 lbs. team and it caught my eye so much, because I'm pre-diabetic too. I've lost 67# to help change that because I got so scared after my sister died from diabetes and then I was showing some of her same symptoms. But now since the holidays, I've been steadily gaining some back little by little and I feel scared that way now, but I have to get more scared to start being more sparkable again! Ugh! I still get my spark back and it's when I see blogs like yours, that help me to get it! and I'm going to add you as another one of my buddies. I hope you don't mind.
