Not exactly sure what was making me feel bad, but I feel much better now. I did my 90 minute walk, and went to volunteer at the soup kitchen. I worked pretty hard, and at the end, realized I was feeling a lot better. I had everything set for going to the hospital, My cards, and list of meds in an envelope.
I wonder if my heart rate being low could cause those symptoms. When I usually go in, it is in the 40's. They have cut my meds in half already, but I am losing steadily. I may call my doctor and ask. Every other time I end up in hospital, I know why. I ate poorly...lol.
I was having a little blood in my runny nose at the kitchen, so I stopped at the pizzeria, and had my brother buy me a salad. I got a chef, and removed the ham, cut up my 2 chicken thighs, and added it. So I have a cup of romaine, 2 ozs of cheddar, 1/2 cup onions, 1/2 a tomato, 1 oz of sliced black olives, and 3 ozs creamy greek dressing, with 2 chicken thighs. Works out to an 800 calorie salad. For Lunch I just ate 4 chicken thighs, because I was too lazy to wash dishes..lol. Later I have 1/4 cup of macadamia nuts for a snack.
I cut back to 19 NET carbs for the day. Total of 2,327 calories. Hopefully, it just continues to improve. My muscles ache a bit, but that is normal after I am short of breath. My plan for the rest of the day is watching the Pistons game, and going to bed.
