After the tail end of Oswald (cyclone) and the cleaning up that is following, my tracking for food and exercise have taken a belting. However I have accumulated huge amount of time moving and working very hard. I have managed to loose 1 kilo in 5 days. I am thrilled about that. So I am going to rest and recuperate for the next few days and be ready to start my training Monday.
