    Great Job! Sounds like you are making healthy choices! I always choose restaurants that I can get the real calorie count from, like Subway, McDonalds, Taco Bell, etc... I went to an Asian restaurant once and ate a bunch of salad which was great, but then ate a General Tso chicken breast and found out later the breast alone was over 1000 calories! I also use to always order the salads in restaurants only to find out later many were extremely high in calories and fat. I wish all restaurants would list their nutritional value because it can be so deceiving!

    It's great when you can find the nutritional menu before you order (or go online to decided before you leave the house). Makes it much easier to plan a day when you know what's awaiting you out in the restaurant world!

    Subway is my favorite fast food out to eat option -- easy to find healthy items, especially when I add all the veggies.
