The first hurdle has hit. I have returned to work this week and I have allowed that to change what I've been doing. It is a challenge that I need to rise to. The results so far have been fantastic, loosing almost a kg a week and I haven't really gone hard. Monitoring diet and moderate activity. Now that time is a little more difficult to manage I need to become more diligent. Monitoring diet, good food choices, exercise and keep motivated sounds simple, just need to keep focused.
