For February I want to do 3 days of strenght training Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays and Cardio on Tuesday and Thursdays...I i'm going to TRY and get in 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in the evening..Hopefully I can stick to it MOST days..I'm not going to cry about it if I don't get in both times, but I WILL get in at least 30 mins each day. I also plan on doing the 20/20/20 class at least twice during the month of Feb on Sat. morning.
I going to drink at least 12 glasses of water each day and track my foods...These are my goals for the month and also for lent which started on the 13th.
Today is our last day/evening with Daelyn the kids should be landing in MN around 6ish pm then to get out of the airport could be at least an hour then it's a 3 hour drive to our house... I plan on having things washed and their jeep packed with everything, so when they get here all they will need to do it pack up baby and their dog and head home...which is about another 20 to 30 min drive. I do have to say were going to miss our little lovebug.
Think were going to have to go over there tomorrow just to check on everything...i'm sure they will be just chilling and loving their baby up!!!
